Fire Safety Compliance

In order for fire safety systems to effectively prevent a serious fire from occurring, they need to be specified, designed, installed, and maintained according to recognised standards and industry best practices.

BlueLight Fire Engineering can provide fire safety compliance advice and guidance to our clients on all internal and external fire safety systems to help ensure that the correct systems are present in their buildings, that they are fully functional and that the maintenance of the systems is fully compliant.

The inspection and FRA services offered by BlueLight Fie Engineering form a centre stone of how we approach fire safety compliance, allowing us to provide an in-depth review and assessment of fire safety systems to a client with clear and detailed inspection data which informs our recommendations for improvements and the ongoing management and maintenance of those systems.

We use the inspection and assessment data collected during building inspections and FRAs to help us develop building-specific recommendations that we then develop in detail with our clients and the relevant stakeholders. This is delivered through on site work with our clients’ teams as well as remote support whenever this is required.

Our fire safety consultants are experienced in the compliance requirements for different types of buildings, and we ensure that all of our consultants are up to date with all current legislative requirements and best practice. This provides assurance to our clients that all advice given is current and that the fire safety systems and maintenance regimes we recommend are fully compliant with current requirements.
