BlueLight Fire Engineering is a specialist fire safety engineering consultancy focused on delivering dynamic and effective fire safety solutions helping ensure our clients achieve the highest standards of life safety and compliance.
We provide services across all types of built infrastructure including healthcare estates, commercial warehouses, high-rise residential buildings and commercial and retail units. Across this different infrastructure we provide a specialist range of fire engineering services including:
- Healthcare Fire safety services - including Authorising Engineer (Fire), HTM 05-03 Primary and Secondary Fire Risk Assessments and fire engineering support on capital projects
- Fire Consultancy - including Fire Risk Management and Fire Safety Compliance services
- Fire Safety Inspections - including passive fire inspections, fire door inspections and FRAs
The BlueLight Fire Engineering team are highly experienced in providing bespoke and project specific advice to a variety of clients. A fundamental part of our service offering being the proactive approach we take towards engaging directly with clients and having a regular presence on our clients' sites.

BlueLight Management is an established multidisciplinary consultancy providing a range of services including project management, building surveying services, BSR and Building Regulations services, quantity surveying services and commercial advisory services. The BlueLight Management team are experts in providing project delivery services across a range of project types including new build construction works, ongoing maintenance works and defect management projects.
